Leased my 2017 Tucson July 25 2017. Pleased with all the safety features of back up camera and blind spot alerts and other alerts, look of exterior and interior, pleased with the audio touch features for radio and phone calls, pleased with the navigational system. As time goes I'm sure I will enjoy much more features.

This dealership is in a great location with easy access and the staff is very friendly and professional. The facilities are clean and easy to navigate. I was looking around for somethong and I wasn't quite sure what I wanted. Jason called asked a few questions, then he called back within the hour and had the perfect vehicle picked out. He ran my credit and had me approved with 2 hours. I drove up the next day, went for a test drive (only because Dan insisted, which was nice) and we were on our way to lunch in our brand new Santa Fe. I was treated with dignity and respect.

I have been an Underriner Motors customer for 5 years and have had nothing but positive experiences with both service and car purchases. No hard sell and back and forth negotiations with the finance person and when I bring my car in for service it's done right and on time. I can name several dealerships in town that should take lessons from these guys.
I had been thinking on buying a new SUV to better meet my needs than the Elantra I already had (she is a great car but I needed something larger) so I started pricing out SUV's in general and then thought ...but you enjoy the elantra why not another Hyundai?? so I started the process of getting pricing and doing a test drive...didn't take me long to fall in love with the Tucson!!! I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe from Underriner exactly a year ago. The engine seized up a couple hundred miles from home last week and it was turning into a tough week. The guys at Underriner welcomed me in, worked with several banks and were able to get me into a new Tucson that had all-wheel drive, even though I was upside down in the purchase. They were as helpful and honorable in the situation as they could be!

I emailed my interest to dealership, they got right back to me, both with email and phone. Very accommodating about setting up appointment. When I arrived the person I was to meet was already busy but two other salespersons were ready. Car was pulled up and prepared to see and drive. Good service is important! However, Ray in the Hyundai Parts and Service department at the Zoo Drive location in Billings, MT was outstanding! He was courteous and helpful. He assisted not only with diagnosing the problem with my vehicle and explaining all of my options, but he also found two recalls on my vehicle that needed to be addressed, and one of them was already causing me problems that I knew would need to be fixed. This is our 4th Hyundai and have worked with Mr. Staebler for 3 of them. Very much like the vehicle and worked well with Mr. Staebler. We thought the finance person, can't remember his name, was too aggressive in selling the windshield/ding protection - buyer's remorse on those.
